STEP 1 - PLEASE READ THE PRODUCT DISCLOSURE STATEMENT (PDS) AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION GUIDE (AIG) CAREFULLY

The PDS and AIG should be read in conjunction with the PDS Updates & Disclosure Notices, which can be found by clicking here. Additionally, the Target Market Determination for the Ex-20 Fund, prepared by Auscap in connection with the Design and Distribution Obligations, is available on request or by clicking here.

STEP 2 – COMPLETE AN APPLICATION FORM

New investors can apply online by clicking on the applicable links below:

Alternatively, to complete a hard copy of the Application Form, print and complete the Application Form which can be found here, and follow steps 3, 4 and 5.

STEP 3 – EMAIL COMPLETED APPLICATION FORM

Email a copy of the completed Application Form and supporting documents to the Administrator (registry@apexgroup.com).

The Administrator will confirm that the Application Form has been completed correctly.

STEP 4 – POST ORIGINAL APPLICATION FORM AND SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS

Once the Administrator has confirmed the Application Form has been completed correctly, please post the original Application Form and supporting documents to the Administrator at the following address:

STEP 5 – TRANSFER FUNDS

Please transfer funds to the Fund’s applications account (details can be found in the Application Form). Funds need to be cleared in the Auscap account prior to the applicable cut-off time. Once the Administrator has received the original completed Application Form, supporting documents and cleared funds, you will then receive another confirmation, as well as information to grant access to your online Investor Portal.
