Additional Applications

Please read and ensure you understand the Product Disclosure Statement before making an additional investment into the Fund. You should also read the Additional Information Guide and PDS Updates and Disclosure Notices by clicking on these links. A copy of the Target Market Determinations for the Fund are available here.

Existing unitholders are not required to submit an Additional Application Form for an additional investment in the Fund that is made using BPay. Unitholders will see their unique BPay details in the Online Investor Portal.

To request access to the Online Investor Portal, please complete the Investor Portal Access Request Form and email it to registry@apexgroup.com.

Existing unitholders who would like to make an additional investment into the Fund by EFT should download and read the latest Product Disclosure Statement and then follow these steps:

1. Fill out the Additional Application Form
2. Return the completed form to Apex via post or email – details of which can be found at the bottom of the form
3. Transfer funds in accordance with the applicable cut-off times set out in the Product Disclosure Statement

Important note: By transferring funds using BPay, you agree that:

• you will be deemed to confirm that the original AML / CTF identification documentation that you provided to Auscap at the time of your initial application to invest in the Fund remains accurate and complete. If this is not the case, please contact registry@apexgroup.com; and
• you request Auscap to issue the additional units applied for to you, and you authorise Auscap to register you as the holder(s) of the units issued. You acknowledge that Auscap will effect your additional investment in the Fund according to the terms and conditions of the current PDS for the Fund and you agree to be bound by the terms of the PDS and the Fund’s Constitution (as amended from time to time).
