Additional Application

Please read and ensure you understand the Product Disclosure Statement before making an additional investment into the Fund. The Product Disclosure Statement should be read in conjunction with the ‘PDS Updates & Disclosure Notices’ which can be found by clicking here. A copy of the Target Market Determination for the Fund is available here.

BPay®

Existing unitholders are not required to submit an Additional Application Form for an additional investment in the Fund that is made using BPay. Unitholders will see their unique BPay details at the bottom of their monthly statements.

Electronic funds transfer (EFT) / cheque

Existing unitholders who would like to make an additional investment into the Fund by EFT or cheque should download the latest Product Disclosure Statement and then follow these steps:

  1. Fill out the Additional Application Form on pages 101-102
  2. Return the completed form to Link Fund Solutions via post or email – details of which can be found at the bottom of the form
  3. Transfer funds / post cheque (if applicable) prior to the end of the month

Important note: By transferring funds using BPay, you agree that:

  • you will be deemed to confirm that the original AML / CTF identification documentation that you provided to Auscap at the time of your initial application to invest in the Fund remains accurate and complete. If this is not the case, please contact Auscap@linkmarketservices.com.au; and
  • you request Auscap to issue the additional units applied for to you, and you authorise Auscap to register you as the holder(s) of the units issued. You acknowledge that Auscap will effect your additional investment in the Fund according to the terms and conditions of the current PDS for the Fund and you agree to be bound by the terms of the PDS and the Fund’s Constitution (as amended from time to time).
